By accessing or using afronautx.com (the "Site"), operated by Kiiji Universe LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid tiers (Sovereign, Cosmic Elder) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues through the end of the paid cycle. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

You retain ownership of content you submit (encounters, artwork, comments). You grant AfroNautX a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the Site. You represent that you have the rights to anything you upload.

No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, doxxing, impersonation, spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the Site. We may remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.

The Site, branding, design, and original content are owned by Kiiji Universe LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. Encounter accounts are user-submitted; AfroNautX does not verify or endorse their factual accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfroNautX and Kiiji Universe LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kiiji Universe LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
